Wellness and kids classes
You have up to 24 hours before a class begins to cancel and receive a full refund/return of your class pass. Cancelations up to 5 hours before a class will be charged a $5 administration fee (+tax). No shows will be charged the full price of a drop in class $22+tax (this includes members with a multipass or unlimited membership).
Camps
Cancellation and refund requests received by email at least one week before the start of the camp can be processed with a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the start of the camp will not be refunded or credited.
